Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include all original documents. Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The timing for the credit to appear in your account will depend on your bank or credit card company’s policies.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Adult Apparel & Clothing (as listed in the website menu under “Adult” and “Clothing & Apparel”)
  • Catcher Equipment (e.g., masks, chest protectors, leg guards)
  • Any item that has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
