Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return shipping address.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and documents. Ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company’s policies.
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

For health and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Adult Apparel & Clothing (as listed under “Adult” and “Clothing & Apparel” in the website menu)
- Catcher Equipment (e.g., masks, chest protectors, leg guards)
- Any item that has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
