All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and documents
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, the following products are final sale:

• Adult apparel and clothing
• Catcher equipment (masks, chest protectors, leg guards)
